different view of a great backyard. nice array of drought tolerant plants-esp grasses.
great extra family room space. Cosy yet bright, because of the skylights.
like the idea of an extra office space and this one has high ceilings and an open feel. Not feasible for my current attic, but a great design none the less
like the closet idea too, as my master bedroom closet looked big enough without any clothing in it, but now that i am married it is too small. This solves the problem.
great use of different elevations. Love the roof top garden with the Mexican feather grass and the chunky pebbles.
Nice, simple planters with upright asparagus fern intermingled with trailing plants. Nice use of wood on the outside wall, to warm things up.
love the large windows that slide open! Austin has great weather for doing this, despite those that say it is too hot- I say, NOT!
