Accessories make these spaces
Accessories are the jewelry of a room. Like in our dress, details add so much to complete a look. I love collections of accessories that are gathered over time, creating a personal space unique to each client. Purchasing shelves, frames, hardware may be necessary to display collections, and of course, there are times when "collecting" a group of new items is just fine. Each room will develop, some more organically than others.
Eclectic balance of wall pieces, collaged well.
Especially thoughtful selection of diverse pieces.
Wold work with accesories and color.
The only thing that I would change.... mount the tools on the back walls at the same angle. With the number of diagonal lines, I would like to add the simplicity of more common angles.
Compact! The individual accessories make it a pleasure to look at and probably to use, too.

Accessory as focal point....now, which room?
Just do it!

If you most collect, curate.
The lighting really adds. I like that the traditional library arm lamp can move from contemporary to traditional spaces.
The subtle glass lamp really works when other accessories are stronger in pattern or scale.
Giant Antique 1920s Mazda Westinghouse Lightbulb by Austin Modern - $22
As Houzz writer's description says, "Buy what you like. It's really that simple. And it bears repeating: Sometimes something just sings to you."
Nothing like a wall of photos and objects in perfect fenestration.
