I live in Chicago, and after months of unusually warm weather, we finally just got our first big snowfall. Although I’ll probably be cursing the powder in April when I’m dying for some sunshine, right now I’m enjoying my view of snow-crested branches and rooftops — and it has made me think of all things cozy.

I would die for a fireplace right about now, but do you know what would really up the ante? A fireplace at the foot of my bathtub. Since I obviously have neither of those, I have been sitting here with my heat cranked up, getting my fix by collecting photos of drool-worthy bathtubs complete with a radiating fire. Check out these photos, and we can roast marshmallows during a long soak from the comfort of our imaginations.

I'll never forget the first time I saw a tub with a fireplace at one end, TV at the other. The same bathroom also had a Miele cappucino (sp?) machine built into it. It struck me as very MTV Cribs!
