From the Print Files: Fabulous Florals (8 comments)

Whether it's elegant tulips, shabby roses, oversized murals, or pop art Marimekko poppies, floral prints always breathe life into a room. You can add them via artwork, upholstery, rugs, wallpaper, curtains, or even just temporarily on a tablecloth. Today there is more selection than ever in terms of floral prints. The scales vary like mad, the colorways are endless, and the access to handmade and vintage designs is open to all via sites like Etsy and eBay. Here's a fun smorgasbord of florabunda fun from the files at Houzz:
I love this modernized print and the way they've paired it with that floral pillow.

This is beyond bold. The statement-making oversized flowers spread across the ceiling and even onto the light fixture!

These floral chairs (I believe they are Philippe Stark for Kartellbut I'm not sure) add pop art to the kitchen.

...I especially love the way these chairs introduce color. OK, "floral" is a bit of a stretch, but I seem to be on an upholstered dining chair roll here.

This chair has so much personality that it fits right in with all of the other eclectic pieces around it.

The last nursery is beautiful. Where can I buy this wallpaper?
You can't show us this without telling us how to get it! Who makes the "cherry blossom" wallpaper in #3?
the photo "beyond bold" - WOW! I wish I could say that I could be that bold.
When you have a beautiful floral fabric, you can pull out elements of it to make a relevant border.
Here's a pattern which was pulled out of the bedding in the next room.
This tree shadow wallcovering worked great in this small powder room, since there was a tree directly outside the window, so it appears like a silhouette.
