There have been a few modern-looking fans on Houzz that have caught my eye because of their distinctive looks. When fastened to the ceiling, these pieces add personality and style to a room. And just because you go with a modern fan, that does not mean you have to keep a modern-style room, and the industrial look of a fan does not mean a room won't feel inviting.
