valegrl Several years ago, my college age daughter was moving into her first apartment and money for furniture and accessories was tight. I purchased an inexpensive, rectangular, framed dressing mirror at Target for about $12.00, painted it black and attached silver nail heads around the frame. Hung vertically over the sofa it made a real impact for next to nothing!
