Jennifer Holmes, the blogger behind Dear Lillie, moved into this Williamsburg, Virginia, townhouse with her family almost four years ago when an opportunity arose for her husband to coach at William and Mary College. In her signature style, Holmes transformed the simple house into a stylish home that fits the traditional look of historic Williamsburg. "We spend a lot of time in Colonial Williamsburg. It's been a wonderful place to raise a family," she says.

| The family room and kitchen are open to each other, giving the home a spacious feel. "At first I wasn't a fan of the floor plan," Holmes says. "I prefer older homes with small intimate rooms. However, with two little ones it has turned out to be wonderful." |
