Sometimes we just get it right: a spot in our house where everything seems to come together in perfect harmony. Maybe it's a cozy reading nook or a feat of organizational genius. A treasured collection well displayed could do it. Even a vase of flowers in front of an inspired wall color counts. Whatever it is — for me it's the newly clutter-free top of my dresser — it makes us feel content. 11. The clutter-free space. I know it's not much, but clearing off the top of my dresser, hanging my necklaces on nails and adding a little vase of flowers made my bedroom about a thousand times more pleasant to be in.
