The best way to make a happy room is to make a room that is specifically designed to do something that makes you happy. Here we have a sewing room. If you like reading then your happy room would be a library. What's your happy room?

A room that has bright splotches of color is always a happy room. I love combining one single bright color with a cool print (like the pink / zebra combo here.) This makes me happy!

debtib1- I'm pretty sure that they are from Crate & Barrel. I didn't see this fabric option online, but you should check in one of their stores. My friend just bought there two chairs with a very similar pattern. Good Luck!

This idea book makes me very happy! There are some great pictures here, my favorite being the "zebra" room~ while i would never have a room like that, it is infused with personality and I love that!
