Here we have a fairly traditional open-sided breezeway. The design of the home and the secondary area (a garage maybe?) are the same and the roof that connects them is the same as both buildings. It creates a seamless look between the spaces.

This is an example of a twist on the traditional breezeway. What it connects is the outdoor room seen in the picture with the Master Suite (which you can't see here). It's an open-sided breezeway with a really unique roof. It would be improved by adding some outdoor furniture between the two spaces to really connect them in a more meaningful way.

This is actually a hallway, not a breezeway. However one entire wall is made up of windows. This creates the effect of a breezeway in a home that doesn't have one. What a great design idea!

Here we can see how a bedroom could be a separate part of the house. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway. What privacy! I love it.
