"silver shimmers" lungworth (Pulmonaria "silver Shimmers) Looks like strips of alluminum foil. Moist, rich, well-drained soil in the shade. Frows 1 - w feet tall and wide. Give it asite with good air circulation (pulmonaria are prone to mildew, This blooms blue in the spring.
Lamb's ear (stachys byzantina 'Helene von Stein" - zones 4-9). Drought resistant beauty, 6 inches tall and 1 - 2 feet wide. Good for average, well-drained soil and sun. It can take some shade too.
