Designed by Zack de Vito Architects for a couple of empty nesters in Russian Hill, this luxury high-rise boasts generous skyline views of downtown and the San Francisco Bay Bridge. What a delightful transition from a traditional family home to one that is conducive to entertaining and displaying a priceless art collection.
The floor plan allows the main areas to be exposed to the expansive views and loads of sunlight, while the inner rooms are divided by rich, custom cabinetry and neutral painted walls. The kitchen features a double dose of seamless upper cabinetry. Cabinets closest to the ceiling house small kitchen appliances, while the darker-faced cabinets house everyday dinnerware and drinking glasses. Providing seemingly endless storage, the low-profile cabinet doors makes them virtually disappear.

stekl There appears to be a very small black crown molding around the tops of most of the rooms. Does anyone know what that is for sure? I like it.
