Great wraparound countertop feature
Great herb growing area with beautiful white bowls under window
I LOVE THIS! The colored trim and the shelves covering it, along with the shaker-style table and rustic nature of the space!
Apron front sink, relaxed shade on the window, glass-front white cabinets with lighting (used sparingly for effect)
Stunning! Rustic modern.
Excellent picture display
beautiful, functional dining area with display space.
The small labeled spice tins are a great, elegant way to keep spices within reach and tightly sealed for freshness.
The mason jars used in this space are really fun and would work well for just about any food to be stored. Everything is easy to see, and if it is mostly empty, that's okay. Fill 'er up next time you go to the grocery store.
The matching containers and symmetrical arrangement of the items in this pantry are truly inspiring. This is organization at its best.
Although having pets eat in the dining room doesn't sound too appetizing, why shouldn't they eat with everyone else in the kitchen? The drawers above make for a great place to keep treats, food, and neccessities.
This kitchen feels laid-back but is still elegant. The great window covering with the natural food colors and light cabinetry is very graceful. The wood counters are unexpected and add to the earth-muffin aesthetic.
The glass tile on the back wall (extending the tile outside the normal area) makes a bold statement while adding some color to the kitchen.
Installing materials you wouldn't normally find in a kitchen (such as brick) is a fun twist. The radius-top cabinetry is another bold statement and adds some interest.
Good storage is essential for a fully functional kitchen. Without enough of the right space to store the pieces of a kitchen you will have stuff strewn all over the counters no matter how hard you try to keep it clean.
The translucent wall cabinets break up the space without closing the kitchen off. Skylights and an abundance of natural light makes me want to cook something healthy!
This tiny workspace butts upto a window, which allows just a little distraction instead of staring at a wall. Some 1x1's and a sturdy board, and voila! Instand office!
Using various ceiling heights and materials can create different zones. I love this rough wood ceiling and the contrast with the light materials around it.
This antique-looking space is really fun with the large cast iron sink and glass-front cabinetry.
Rustic meets industrial. The worn cabinetry, huge lighting, and industrial coil barstools make for a very pleasant, informal kitchen. The open shelving and big windows are a good choice.
The wood slatwork in this space and the fixtures, furniture, and finishes used (especially the stunning blue door, and the mosaic kitchen counter!) create a beautiful space. Using fun colors is essential to loving your kitchen.
I would love to be such a great cook that I deserved all of this great tableware! Something to aspire to...
For great kitchen storage, using an open bookshelf divides spaces but uses every inch of space.
The light colors in this kitchen paired with the fun marble subway tiles creates a soothing, soft space which allows for plenty of excitemenet.
The glitter of glass-front cabinets and the crystal chandelier are a great complement to the rustic table and accessories in this kitchen. I love that the chandelier has some color in it, and is very organic-looking. It brings nature indoors and creates an interesting focal point.
The glamour of the chandelier and glass-front cabinets is contrasted against the rustic nature of the butcher block island, cabinetry, and checkered tile. This is a fun space - especially for an apartment!
Keeping green plants in the kitchen is a great way to keep it looking fresh and tidy. The wall tile here is beautiful and soothing.
This kitchen is very soothing and clean-looking. I like the white cabinets (although I would like some glass-fronts) and the backsplash is stunning.
This is a really fun space, mostly because of the finish selection. The wall color and fabric work very well together, and the blue color is extended into the light fixtures over the island. Who says lighting can't have color?
I love that the countertop extends all the way around the space. It creates a side table of sorts and a plant shelf underneath all the windows.
Another view. Great storage here!
Although this is too formal for my style, I do love the green color and the layout of the kitchen.
I LOVE THIS!!! A great blend of rustic country and contemporary minimalism! The seating and woods are elegant and soft, and the colors are neutral.dav
This is a great pantry. Not only is there storage for supplies, but there is room on the right for planning menus.
Although the entire kitchen and pantry is displayed, it still looks very tidy and organized.
This is a fun way to access storage way above normal reach. The rolling ladder is really fun.
The cabinets here, the lighting, the ceiling, and the window treatment all combine to be stunning.
Beautiful storage cabinets!
The materials used here are stunning, and I love the flush drawers with rustic hardware. The baskets are a fun way to use under-stair space. If they're on a glider, it would be a great place to store dishes and tableware.
I really like the idea of a built-in piece of classic furniture. It definitely makes a great statement.
Multiple islands are a great way to get extra use out of the space. The square stools under the right island is a fantastic idea!
