The stones are actually rather light, as they are crafted from felted wool.
These "stones" may fool your guests at first, who will wonder how you ever rolled them into the house and why they aren't making the floor collapse.
You can keep the stones composed as a group to serve as a sculpture or pull them right up to the sofa for comfy footrests.
Stack them, and your kids will probably climb them, perch atop them and move them all over the room. They are wonderful in a modern living room or whimsical playroom.
Textile designer Ronel Jordaan designed all of the stones we've seen so far. They are crafted by artisans in a women's workshop she set up in Gauteng- Johannesburg, South Africa. She also sources the wool and interior wire forms locally. To date, she has employed and trained more than 40 people to craft the stones.
