Pools for Vacation Homes of the Future
Love how the pool blends with its surroundings.
Love the spiral staircase.
I love little tile yet not sure about the up keep as far as cleaning and maintenance... this particular one is not necessarily a favorite it is more the concept
I am not into anything about this picture other than using it as a reminder in regards to the waterslide.
I DO NOT like the materials or shape here BUT I included to show you what I was thinking when I said the back wall or retention could be the pool. I really want to utilize all my space to the fullest.
I don't like the color of the stone. But the unique shape is interesting and caught my eye. Also an example of the walk up steps etc...
I like the edge trim around this pool. Again the color is lighter than what I like but I realize this may be done purposefully to avoid hot material on the feet. Again I have alot of kids and the sharp edges may not be ideal for the kids
LOve exposed brick...but I do Not like ALL brick.... and am particular with what materials are mixed together. It is important that they look like they should be a part of one another like a good accessory
Again the look is too modern for my home at this time. But I like the chairs sitting in a bit of water. A lay out platform would be nice and an area covered from sun with a water feature would be nice....
I KINDA like this color mixed with the other colors. NOt 100% on the materials....
Jeff would like a swim up area like this... if our pool was raised that could be cool. but square seats are not a possibility but maybe no stools.... ???
Husband likes the large tv visible to from the pool
do not like the materials used here but kinda like the water feature off the whirlpool
do not like anything about this ...but a reminder to have a shower area to wash off outside.
My children would LOVE LOVE this.. I like this water slide feature b/c it blends I am not into the rocks used but I do like the actual slide and rope. Would it be possible to do this in the back of the pool along our backyard line at the pond.... it is a way for some privacy....
This is nice... the wood and drain feature... not all the wood all the way around but a bit may be nice depending on the maintenance
I like the living greenery on the wall to the left.
the colors and material are not my favorite but the view of the double fireplace is pretty
like the material on the patio.... the tone and color not sure if blends with my brick and paint on house.
do not like the materials.... but I do like the back wall especially if we were to build the back wall of our pool as our "retention" wall. the back pool depth would need to be deep in case kids jumped off wall...
live the blue tile used in the bottom of this pool... maybe a different shade of color.... but what is it like to clean such sized tiles... maintenance.
do not like the rock used but super cool water slide
do not like materials but again like the build up around the pool.... hard corners are not good in case of slip and fall.... and drainage is important... drains around the pool to ensure proper drainage during cleaning, rain and hurricane....add generator during all this too
like the long stairs used in this pool... I do not like materials or anything other than that.
do not like materials used, colors, etc... but I DO want to illustrate the wall holding in the pool... the different levels and dimension are something I like and provide an opportunity to break up boring open patio space etc...
cool idea leading to seating area...but may pose a problem with the kids jumping pushing and or cracking their heads
again not into materials or design, shape etc... but pool is built up...
like the water feature with the moss growing on it but ...kids may jump off and crack their heads...
like these steps... may be dangerous with kids but fun placed to play... but slip and fall too
i do not like how these walls are used....not at all
