Dana Floral Slipcover
Pier 1 carries some fun parsons chair covers and some really cute patterned accent chairs.
If you have wood chairs and a wood table in the same finish, the design can feel very ... well, woodsy. Balance all that wood with seat cushions for your dining chairs or reupholster your current seat fabric for a splash of fresh color and pattern.
To cut the "woodsy" feeling you can also try a table runner. A powerful patterned runner also reduces the décor you need on top of your table.

Adding a double dose of ottomans in a colorful fabric will multiply the design confidence of your room.
Make a large-scale statement with your fabric by reupholstering an accent chair. This is a great option if you have a chair that has sentimental value or is so comfy and sturdy that it is worth re-covering.

How-to: Head to your local fabric store and buy enough fabric to cover the canvas (use the dimensions of your canvas plus 3 inches more on all sides). Stretch your fabric around the canvas and hold it in place as you staple the fabric to the back.
Start with a few staples in the center of one side and continue with the opposite side and ends, gently keeping the fabric taut as you work toward the corners. Fold the corners under as you would if you were wrapping a package.
