A redbrick facade, vintage finds and a warm and earthy color palette create a relaxed home for a family of four in Arizona
When it comes to her home, accessories designer Jennifer Wood buys what she likes and takes ideas from an array of influences: books, the Internet and travel. "I tend to gravitate toward a collected, vintage look that's sometimes a bit quirky," she says.

A vintage desk and chair double as décor and storage for Emma's art suplies. Baskets of stuffed animals and stacks of French children's books are on the floor within reach. "I never put away my delicate things after I had kids," she says. "I taught my son and daughter to respect the things around the house and gave them access to things that they were allowed to touch and play with when it came to our décor."

| Wood's work studio for her Etsy shop specializing in wedding headpieces, Mignonne Handmade, is 10 feet by 10 feet, and she shares it with assistant designer Mackenzie Goodman. The studio allows her to mix work and family life; she can see her kids at play in the living room from her crafts desk. | Wood admits that she's not the best at keeping plants alive; she has a few cacti and succulents throughout the house and ferns in the bathroom, where it's more moist. "I also have leftover bits from when I use fresh flowers for weddings that I sometimes dry — usually pods and dried lavender from my lavender hedges," she says. |

| Wood describes her house as "eclectic and vintage," adding that "such styles aren't an excuse for clutter and visual noise.
