outlets close to counter height easier to conceal behind applicances, etc... also like stone backsplash
like 2 bins one for trash and 1 for recyclables; if kitchen is not near garage, would like recycling bin with trash. storage space for trash bags is convenient but not efficient use of space. like trash bin pullout near island sink for easy disposing of veggie trimmings
Like front porch or wrap to side if room or lot allows.
Nice front covered entry; house close to street makes it unlikely we'll use wraparound porch. Something like this may be better. Like the look.
Too sterile. Paula doesn't like brick.
We both like this overall look.
Too modern/slick; wood seems to precious and high maintenance; albeit beautiful.
Like this oversized tile/brick exterior . . . very cool.
Like these front steps with planter built-in . . . like assymetry of front . . . more space to right . . . nice light fixtures . . . too much stone for our taste/budget.
Nice blend of exterior . . . stucco/wood/metal rail/concrete
Wow . . . gorgeous . . . brick with a mortar wash? Nice looking.
Same home . . . different angle . . . like this exterior treatment . . . looks durable but possibly inexpensive block with nice finish technique.
I like the contrast of vertical and horizontal in this detail. If we were looking at durable sidings this would be a way to add interest
Nice view wall of windows . . .nice feel . . of course it's twilight
Appealing . . . stucco/stone . . . not a big fan of how overused this is . . .doesn't seem very imaginative, but looks nice. Stucco on the bottom; stone on top?
Very farmhouse . . . nice sink.
I like this clean look. Like the deep counter overshoot for stool storrage out of the way.
I like these somewhat narrow floor to ceiling pullouts . . . easier to see stuff . . . I'm sure there's a drawback.
Too sleek for us.
Too traditional for us
Heavy and horrible.
Too busy . . . too many lines . . . visually chaotic.
Lovely . . .not a big fan of paned glass, but this is nice. Warm, simple, outside in.
I love this. Warm yet modern. Simple clean lines. Love the wood tone of the floors.
I really hate these coffered ceilings or whatever they're called. All I can see is cobwebs for the all of those cosy corners.
This is sweet . . . modern yet farmhouse. Really love this look.
I like this "radiator cover" look of the cabinet doors below the sink. We're not fancy enough for open shelving, but this is kind of cool.
If we go with a range with oven, a colored oven in an overall light/white kitchen might be really pretty . . . I could be talked out of this. I'm also a big fan of grayish blue, so that might be all this is about!
Lovely . . B&W warmed up by floor/ceiling wood tones.
I like this for a sink not at a window. stainless shelving for herbs . . .
Woodplank tile kind of cool . . . too trendy?
Brick pattern on tile is nice.
I think this is the first dark kitchen I've liked. Like the dual height on the island delineating the eat-in counter from the workspace.
I like this overall bright, clean simple look.
This darker range hood might mimic the wood burning stove pipe in the adjacent open space.
I like this. I'm drawn to wood flooring but it seems like such a bad idea in a kitchen with 3 somewhat sloppy boys.
Love this backsplash/floating shelves/color pallete.
Overall nice feel . . . a little too golden . . . how durable is cork? Seems like a cushiony surface . . . dogproof . . . spill proof?
I like this except subway tile backsplash is two colors is a bit visually disturbing to me. Pulls my eye towards it and away from literally everything else.
I like except for backsplash.
I love this paint color.
Like the flooring color, backsplash color . . . look good together.
like the mirror height from vanity to avoid splash spots; like sinks; like drawers in the middle for shared items; don't like open cubbies
Like simple/paint grade cabinets and pulls. Overall look appealing.
Epoxy coating on floor . . . looks really durable and may make sense being adjacent to garage. Epoxy coat both?
Clothespole . . . put one in my Tucson laundryroom and really great to have. Easy thing for us to put in.
Again, I like the simple painter's grade cabinetry. Oak floors are beautiful but not in Colorado mudroom!
Like the counter over the W/D . . . nice folding space and also keeps so many things from falling behind the dryer. While the word "plam" spec'd in plans makes me nervous, I like the look of this countertop.
This is a "galley" style mudroom like ours. I like the pocket door hear and will look at plan to see if we could do this as well since this is a tight space with garage door coming into this space. Also, like sink either in mudroom or slop sink in garage. Like the pendant lights (restoration but might like a little more farm/barn look to them). . . Restoration Hardware.
