Narrow Living room... how do you square it up?

Our living room is long & narrow. ( 11' x 19'). The west wall has a large floor to ceiling window which we've outfitted with white plantation shutters. The opposite east wall features a fireplace and bookshelves. A vintage cabinet houses our flat screen on the south wall. The main entrance to the room is on the opposite north wall. Consequently furniture placement is a challenge! I've been searching Houzz photos to find a comfortable, practical, and visually pleasing floor plan.
Sofas facing each other...nice.
Simple, clean, serene.
Fresh fireside grouping.
Great for conversation... and window gazing
Stunning cognac leather chair, hide ottoman, and tripod lamp!
Two retro swivel chairs could facilitate both conversation and TV viewing.
Couch in front of the window... chair on either end...TV on end wall... could work.
Sectional with chaise facing the fireplace...just fine.
Large sectional in front of large window... looking good.
Effective grouping... allows for conversation & some TV viewing... but the couch could block entry.
Sectional in front of the window... chaise does not block entry... may work
Yes, it may work... but not quite my style
Simple...a sectional and a swivel chair. I like this concept.
Great black sectional... sleek, simple.
Another sectional with chaise under the window... getting there.
Nice...a black leather sectional...it cuts the length of the room... accesses multiple focal points... looks cool... wears well... I'm there.
Love the ottoman too! Thanks, Houzz!
The flat screen looks good hung above the sideboard .
Here the sectional works great in front of the window

The Lettered Cottage I'm proud to report the windows behind our sofa are high enough, so you can't see it from outside.
I'm pretty obsessive when it comes to details like those!

Ieteke Ruypers Volpini Your room is lovely! Since our window extends right to the floor I've decided to go with the furniture arrangement in the photo by Bird's Eye Design.

LORENA I love the chaise style, i had a red one for years and this helped to divide the room however i've now gone back to 3 seater sofa, chair and puf to open up the room again! It's good to change a room around from time to time!

Ieteke Ruypers Volpini Yes, torressey I have changed my living room more often than necessary... but my partner and I can both cozy up on the sectional ... so we're good for now.
