Mosaic tile, archways
Lighting, open space, everything!
Love Mosaic and Tub (light teal)
I like the idea of a Mediterranean style tile floor if everything else is clean and basic. Unique.
Very different and do love the natural feel of the stone. The sink is rustic and adds texture to compliment the shower feel.
There's an elegance to the space and warmth with the textured wall. I like this for the toilet "hole" with the shelving behind.
Love the curved wall shower, possibly for pool shower. I know it would be smaller.
Shelving and sleek drawers
Copper style, lifted sink
Better picture of tub
Really like all aspects of this with the addition of the copper sinks raised up.
Love the skylight
So cool looking especially for when Logan gets older and has friends stay over. Love the rustic look of it too!
Like how they incorporated the children's play area into the space of the back yard area with the natural looking fencing
The window seat is perfect for reading and as Logan gets older the tucked away desk nook is great. He has so many books that a built in book shelf is ideal so he has everything he needs in his room area.
We will have alot of space in the back and sides to utilize, this would be a fun concept for Logan to have.
Great use of space and storage! We will need that!
Ceiling and fireplace
I like the ceiling here too. Adds architectural interest. Would not have to be so elaborate.
Great Windows and again simple ceiling addition but creates the eye to move upwards and looks interesting.
Floor! Maybe for the library, gameroom, and even master bedroom
The ceiling and archways with the shape of the room!
GREAT!! I like the drawers combined with the shelving, slanted shelves for the shoes, and the closed doors for hanging clothes. I know its going to have to be a his/hers side without the middle island, but maybe the some frosted doors could close off the space to keep things tidy looking.
Amazing door, maybe to be utilized on the patio to the outside?
Like the door and weathered quality
Wrought iron gates and courtyard before going into formal living space. Maybe we could just it on the side, I like the peek-a-boo windows
Love the black/gray gravel and landscaping with the circular shape
Color, accents around the door with glass
Unique entry tile, I like it muted as if the home has had hundreds of visitors and the sheen has been worn away
Perfect! Everything about it is what I can envision for the patio area
Nice contrast in colors. I like the creams and dark wood accents
Mosaic tile accents? Subtle. Yes or No
Candle holder over table and ceiling.
That's a pretty wild little wall with the fire strip to separte living space from dining. Possible?
I like the archways to separate space yet keep things open, maybe too formal?
