The Future Kincaid House
Wine Cellar under the stairs
Make the whole living room windowed? :)
i like the slanted entrance way and walls
Bamboo mats on the wall!
Sliding door to the outside! And a headboard that goes to the ceiling. :)
Swinging seat for two. :)
I love everything about this. :)
I love the bed posts!
Love the sink, but I'd rather have an octopus. :)
Cool chandelier. :)
We definitely need a spiral staircase!
Padded bed board
Future bedroom? I like the super sheer curtains and doors to the outside. :)
Sliding glass doors that meet in the middle and open all the way up. :)
Windows all over, bight colors, looks like a love nest to me. :)
I like this a lot, but it needs purple or teal somewhere. :)
Ooooh or a canopy that slides all the way back! But the frame is still there. Maybe we can get around that somehow. haha
Lots of skylights, please? :)
The top of our garage will most certainly look like this, right?
I love the idea of the rain chain rather than a downspout from the gutters, but I'd have a reservoir at the bottom for watering the plants. :)
Can we a giant tree growing in the middle of the house? I love the way this looks and feels. Plus, cleaner air!
Here's the other type of rain chain - a series of metallic cups that the water trickles down as it rains. They sound like a marimba when it rains hard enough. :)
The big light in the middle is a solar tube, a long cylinder of reflective material coming down from the roof. It's like a skylight that doesn't open and is super awesome! I want one in like every room!
The difference between a bathroom with artificial light and the same bathroom with the solar tube and no artificial light. I love it!
I love the idea of having windows near the ceiling between rooms to help transfer light. This would be super helpful if one room got natural light and the other one didn't.
I'd love to have windows near the roof (clerestory windows) to let it daylight all the time. Supposedly if they face north, you don't even have to turn on artificial lights during the day. :)
The doors keep counter-top appliances hidden. I love it!
