Get Your Craft Paper Under Control
A stash here, a roll there, and you can never find it when you need it? These tips for craft paper storage and organization can help
This past week, I've been up to my ears with all things crafting: buttons, stickers, scrapbooks — you name it, I've organized it. But during this organizing project, I noticed that craft paper was one of those categories that seemed to have endless options for how to organize and store it. And while most folks don't have enormous craft rooms to keep organized (much less the things contained within their walls), almost everyone owns craft paper. So tune in and take notes on how to keep it stored and in order.

Lay It Flat
House craft paper in drawers if you like things tucked away neatly. The only challenge I find with this option is you can see only what's stored on the very top.
This option is best for when you're stacking multiples of the same color or pattern and you've got room to spread out.
Friendly reminder: Sort your craft paper before stashing. Organize by color, pattern, size, brand or holiday season — whatever works for you.

Craft paper comes in many sizes. Larger sheets that take up too much room when laid flat are a cinch to roll and store.

That's the trouble. I have a pretty decent space but it is also my office and work over runs the craft aspect of the room. Plus I started working on the January cure (decluttering) with apartment Therapy and now things are worse than ever. I will do this. I will. I just need to get my head in the game and toss stuff and set aside time to craft, etc.
