Goal: Build addition onto north side of existing house creating a 2 1/2 stall garage with added living space above being an additional kids bedroom, kids bathroom, master bedroom and master bathroom giving us 6 bedrooms (1 for each of the kids and a personal space for Mom and Dad). Expanding main floor living space to a larger dinning room, additional family room, ranch wash room and larger entry way!
Rebuild front porch and add an attached covered side porch on south side of house. Add a patio with fire pit and outdoor kitchen on the back side of house.

Love the colors for siding.....perfect shade of blue with the white on top front and trim. Our ranch house is also a hipped roof house and this would be so beautiful on it!
