Well, not really, but it was an ideabook title that made me laugh! EXPLANATION: I was digging through the countless half-completed ideabooks I've been collecting for awhile, and I noticed I had one called "Sexy." I'm not even sure exactly what I was thinking when I created it, but what the heck, it's a random Thursday, why not try to think about what it means in terms of home decor.
I came to the conclusion that it can mean totally different things to different people. To Austin Powers, it's a rotating round bed on his private plane. To a minimalist, it might mean a completely empty room. To Samantha Jones and Jackie Collins, it's red paired with a cheetah print. To a prep it might be a blue and green plaid paradise. To me, it's simply sleek. It's the kind of place where I would feel comfortable yet fabulous sipping on a chilled martini with three olives.
What does sexy mean to you in terms of architecture and interior design? Please let me know in the comments section.

This is one of the sleekest, sexiest rooms I've ever seen. I think it's the shiny black paired with red and lucite.

This room could have gone very bright bright white, but the art and furnishings tone it down and make it so lounge-y and relaxing.

There is a sexy, uncluttered decadence to this bedroom. As if it's in some exotic, ridiculously-overpriced-but-worth-it hotel.

I think 'sexy' is also a feeling - luxury. I love the simplistic, yet cleaver designs of these showers. The clean lines ooze coolness & chic - making you belive you could be in a 5 star hotel suite. walk In Shower enclosures
