Fall Asleep in a Bed of Flowers

Though we are still in the throes of winter my mind can't help but wander over to spring. Warmer temperatures, sunshine, and fresh blossoms consume my thoughts so much that I think I hear birds chirping.

But until the mercury rises and we see the fruits of a changing season, I offer you the gift of flowers — more specifically, a bed of flowers. It was not until my adult years that I began to appreciate floral prints. It feels like yesterday when I heard my mother say, as I turned up my nose at her new crewel-work comforter, "Your taste will change." She's right, they did. I just hope she never reads this ideabook.
