love the cabinets with the lighting
white table and chairs, almost same style as ours and it looks great on the dark floor
Terracotta tile. Earthy red tile is typically used on entry and kitchen floors.
Mirrors work wonders as a backsplash for two reasons: one, they're easy to wipe down after a cooking mishap (remember what I said about that Windex?), and two, you can discretely check if there's anything in your teeth whilst entertaining.
Use a few mirror fronts to break up a large section of cabinets in the kitchen.
Next, they recommend to use those walls and ceilings! They made a pot rack out of pegboard and mounted knives, cutting boards and spices to the walls of the kitchen.
Separate but important. A black range and hood are used to delineate the cooking area from the rest of this all white kitchen. It's simple hood has great impact because of it's placement and contrast with the concrete wall.
white cabinetry and black stove go really well
I just love the big sink,
Wall-mount systems can store dozens of spices and can fit on a blank wall inside a walk-in pantry, closet, or on the back of a door.
Use a cabinet door. Wall mounted spice shelves are terrific and are available from most cabinet manufacturers. They also can be done in an existing kitchen cabinet. When storing spices I prefer not to have a cabinet too deep; things get lost. This solves that problem: Shelves are shallower to allow for the door mount spice holder. Rev-a-Shelf makes something similar to the one we see here.
the shower seat and the color of the shower tiles, blue looks like you are in the sea
love the chair cover,
the floating shelves
This hanging shelving keeps the room open when clear glassware and serving platters are stored. Keep the heavy plates, pots and pans for another area.
french style, love it, note: love the shelf below the upper cabinets and sink curtain
herringbone terra cotta floor tile-could very easily be used in the kitchen
Reclaimed barn-wood beams are cleverly used in place of a cased opening between this kitchen and family room. Having an architectural transition helps to define two rooms open to one another.
