The color peach, as with most trends, comes back around like a revolving door. I was a kid in the '80s when the peach and teal color palette was king — and should I even mention the gold faced patio blinds? It hard to believe that those too were once on trend.
What I'm saying is that if you wait long enough, give or take 20 years, your decor will be relevant once again. I'm definitely not advocating that you should neglect to update your decor. It just so happens that if you have not made changes to your peachy palette, things may now be working in your favor. I'm convinced that this spring, peach will make a grand re-appearance.

The peach and teal palette of the past has now been refined by a powdery blue. Even the Chihuly chandelier has taken on an enchanting orange glow.
Again we see peach paired with a darling baby blue. The espresso brown paint and carpet ground the room and give it balance. The anchor motif and the little sailboat give clues about this feminine take on a nautical theme.

From the faux finish on the wall to the painted vanity mirror, peach reigns supreme in this petite powder bath. The bowl sink mimics the circular vanity while the mounted soap dispenser preserves precious counter space.
Mixing peach with creamy hues makes me long for a glass of bubbly champagne. Shiny metallic finishes on the mirror and hardware give this bath a luxurious feeling.

Mixing peach with other pastels updates the look and provides a calming effect in the space. I also love to see the romantic side of peach when paired with neutral colors like dove gray or a antique white.

| Though the dominate color in this room is a bluish-gray, I chose to highlight it because it gave me inspiration for my home office. My walls are the same color (ICI Dulux Souvenir #A1928) and the flirty touches of peachy coral will add the perfect touch of femininity in the space. |
Girls do love pink. Add peach and a hit of orange and you've got the perfect recipe for a cheeky, ultra-feminine color scheme. The clean white bedding and side table permits this space to adorn such bold hues and patterns.

Of course I am always the last one to the party so don't go by me :)
Sure as a very subtle 'highlight' colour like in the blue/grey room photo it works well, but as a dominant theme- just not for me.
Peach isn't for me... I can say I don't like any of those rooms.. but to each his own..
