The open concept from kitchen to dining and to the living room...but, in our case, it would a large family room as well as large dining area...for large family and social gatherings.

A simple glossy feature wall in the powder room (not necessarily in this color)...reusing our existing oval pedestal sink.

I like the idea of an expansive island with an apron stainless sink and some seating as well.

Love this idea as part of the beverage center....but with glass on the door.

The back painted tempered glass backsplash still makes functional sense for cooking....although maybe not in red! LOL I am tired of of wiping down splattered oil on a tile backsplash. A smooth surface would make our clean up so much easier.

The warm and rich color of the cabinets is appealing. This is the "darkest" I would go. I see that there is a small "beverage" center in the back!

It is a separate beverage center with a cooler. I would prefer clear glass cabinet doors for wine glasses, cups, and collection of mugs. Although the built-in coffee maker is not necessary, I would prefer a 20 inch sink and a larger cooler to store wine.

I like the concept of having a 36 inch 6 burner gas stove against the wall (but with a stainless steel vent) and directly across a long extended island that has a large 60/40 stainless steel sink and plenty of prep space.

Interesting concept of using same tile on floors of both the bathroom and shower. It is very appealing and spa-like...the more I view it, the more I like it.

Love the penny tile backsplash as continuation of stainless steel stove. Would not mind the dual cabinet colors...light on top and slightly darker on bottom.
For a more industrial look...I like the clear glass for a lighter airy feeling.
