welcome to my house
I am in love with books, old things, trees, writing and art supplies, and quiet places. My home will hopefully be full of these. Well, not full of trees. Surrounded by them. :)
This is for me and my friends when I am old. Maybe they will be there with me, maybe not. But I'll keep a place for them.
My mother loves navy plaid. I guess I do, too.
Leave a note?
The best place to philosophize is in a wingback.
My grandma had a white picket fence and a wooden swing. Someone needs to carry it on.
I collect things.
I have an irrational fear of sleeping on the ground floor.
"Try to maintain some outward semblance of normalcy."
The refrigerator is an official no-clutter zone.
Let's have cork floors.
Words on the wall.
A big wooden table with mismatched chairs.
You can make lovely curtains out of old bed sheets.
This basically sums it up.
There must be a piano, of course.
And a place to store all the craft and art supplies.
For a person who thinks in pictures: genius!
I am secretly five years old.
Open shelves and simple tablecloths.
On second thought, maybe I will just move into a library...
I have always wanted a garden.
Because I'd need the reminder.
Here we go with the gingham tablecloths again...
