Hi everyone, thank you so much for all the thoughtful comments and compliments on the house. To address a couple of comments, I had reached out to the homeowners for more information:

1) Wok for the induction cooktop: Annette (the homeowner) uses a cast iron wok made by Lodge from Crate and Barrel, and while it has ridges on the bottom (thus does not contact the cooktop 100%), it still works well. Le Creuset makes a similar but more expensive one. Both are curved on the inside. Annette also has a $20 flat-bottom (inside and out) carbon metal wok which also works great and it's easier to handle.

2) Roof / exterior materials: The roof is constructed with a corrugated metal and standing seam mix, and the exterior is cedar the bump-outs and smooth stucco elsewhere.
