Wingbacked furniture has come a long way. Had you asked me 10 years ago if I could envision a "modern wingback," I would have been at a loss. But now, there are so many fresh styles flooding the marketplace. What's a design aficionado to do? I'm coveting all of them! — Stacy from Conspicuous Style
This maybe the most modern of the bunch. I love the lines, the contrasting materials and the colors — perfect!
This updated take comes with clean lines and nailhead trim — it doesn't get better than this.
This color is fabulous. It could work anywhere from the most traditional room to a minimal and modern space.
I'm still crushing on the grain sack trend, and this marries the two perfectly.
I love this for a lodge, man cave, or western room.
Everything British still equals everything cool! I love the castered feet on this, too.
This chair proves you can have a wingback in a small space.
Fretwork, Chinese Chippendale, Macau — whatever you want to call it, these are winners. They just might be my all-time favorite wingbacks.
Love it in black, too! Every room could use a little black, right, so why not in fabulous chairs such as these?
The nailhead detailing makes this chair for me.
An affordable and fashionable option.
I can't get enough purple, and the petite size would work almost anywhere.
Wingback beds are popular now, too. I love this one for its simplicity and tufted detailing.
The color here is divine. And with the nailheads? Another hit.
Here is an affordable option with great tufted detailing.
This wingback marries pale gray leather and perfect styling. I'm in love.
Although more traditional in its style, the color makes this a real standout.
No one does it better than Horchow. I love the insanely thick cushion and updated legs.
I love the color combination on this one; switch things up by upholstering the back in a different fabric.
This looks like you could spend all day in it reading a book. And you'd be doing it in style, that's for sure!
