| In this space, dark wood shelves make a nice contrast against a crisp blue wall color.
TIP: Rooms that face south can feel very warm because they receive sunlight all day long. Light blue or green walls are a great way to cool down rooms with a southern exposure. |

In have a cool color in my home office. It's blue with a tint of gray. It's called Souvenir by ICI Dulux.
For my bedroom, I'm thinking of incorporating a similar color with a deep, dark brown (maybe Behr's Minted Ice 480A-1 and Dark Truffle UL140-2) and possibly some of the same light gray (also Behr - Silver Sateen UL260-16) I've used in the rest of the house. I love the contrast of the cool lights with dark wood tones. Thanks for the inspiration!
