Warm Up With a Sheepskin Throw
Add a Fuzzy Accent to Your Sofa, Chair or Floor
The other day I found myself flush with store credit after making some returns to a big box retailer. Naturally, I had to remedy that immediately. In addition to a few necessities, I couldn't help but eye a completely unnecessary but totally sumptuous and affordable sheepskin throw. "What the hey," I thought. Into the cart it went, and I'm so happy it did. This versatile piece has already warmed up my living room, and judging by the vast ideas below, I can see it working in a wide array of other areas of the home as well.

Butterfly chairs are lightweight and loungey, but those steel frames aren't the most comfortable for prolonged sitting. With a sheepskin providing some extra padding, the chairs are instantly upgraded.
Likewise, guests will appreciate a softened seat while dining.

Is this a flokati or sheepskin throw? Either way, it softens this black leather sofa and makes it feel more inviting.

Nothing like ice-cold floors to immediately jolt you out of post-sleep bliss. A furry mat by the bed keeps your feet toasty instead.

A soft sheepskin on your back might take the edge off a long workday (or at least keep your seat nice and cozy).

Am I the only one who always ends up slowly sliding out of a leather chair when I try to sit in one? I hope not. Regardless, a little throw positioned on the back would surely help me stay in place.

I'll get another larger one for myself and place it alongside my bed in our next house that'll have hardwood floors throughout. Getting up early in the morning will be so much nicer when stepping onto something soft and warm. At least I hope so.
I sadly do not own any of my own yet, though I did just buy a faux-fur throw for my bed that I'm hoping will satisfy me until I can afford the real deal. Check out this stunning reindeer skin I happened upon.
