Living Room Ideas Beshears Residence
Ok, so you will have to use your imagination for this one... I am showing this to you because of the wood beam at the ceiling level. However, this is much larger than the beam I would use in your living room. I also wanted to show you the mix of woods, and in this case, a stone for tile floor
I like the color combinations in this living room. The lighting is too dark here, but you will have lots of natural light.
The accent piece on this coffee table is way to big... but not the point. This is a much lighter color combo... wanted to see what you thought.
Your Living Room will feel much more on a grand scale compared to this, but this is what I like about this room: I like the combo of the wood floors with the lighter walls, simple lines on the furniture and the chandelier. You can see the combo of stained wood and painted is used here.
The stone seems to go on forever here... I do like the idea of using a combo of a natural material like this somewhere. Perhaps on the columns outside and inside...
This is a nice space. Perhaps a little formal. I wanted to show you how a beam in the ceiling would look painted, and then in combination with a warm medium toned wood floor.
I just love the way they used these photographs as artwork. It would be nice if we could create a feature wall to do something special like this with some of your family photos.
Again, some more photos of beams. Of course this is a flat ceiling, so it has a different effect. Also, all of the furnishings are very light in color, so it does balance as well as it would with some darker wood tones in the furniture like you would have.
This room is very light in color, but I love the use of various textures here, as well as many different types of materials. This is also a good example of how to separate the two spaces visually without walls. You can see this is very open like your floor plan.
Wow. .. what a space. The ceilings are a bit high here, but I just thought of your outdoor area when I saw this photo... what a great place to relax.
This could be fun for one of the kid's rooms.
Very pretty. My guess.. a little to gray for you ... but I wanted to give you more options.
I like the rich colors here
