Brad likes the roof lines of this house and the partial width porch. Alternate approach if we go the craftsman route?
Q
Photo
Alternate craftsman approach with an A-line porch roof. Like the shingle upper as well, but Tracey would need more brick.
Q

We love this house. Don't need the upstairs front balcony, but love the porch, wood shingle up high, roof lines and windows on this house. Tracey would need some brick added somewhere
Q

Tracey likes this a lot. Needs some brick. Could a full second floor work with a first floor and beams that look like this?
Q
Photo
Tracey likes this a lot too...but with a bit more brick. Brad would want it to be a bit taller.
Q
Photo
Brad likes the couple of rounded touches on this front exterior and the protruding large window on the second floor above the front door.
Q
Photo
Like the rounded roof on the room that extends from the back of the main house. It would most likely be our dining room.
Q

Interior view of the rounded roof from prior picture.
Q

Like the porch columns and how they round into the wood beam at the top.
Q

Like the pitched porch roof above the front door.
Q
Photo
interesting looks...is it stone or shingle? Like the no porch rail, the low porch ceiling and the rounded supports to the porch beam.
Q

Alternate view of prior picture. Like the roof lines.
Q
Photo
Like the arched porch trimline on the otherwise very square and low slung house lines. Do not like the bay window.
Q

Too plain?

If the garage part was taken off, do we like this? I think I like the couple of rounded touches?
Q

Tracey likes this layout ( minus garage) with master on the left but eliminate Bedroom 4, move kitchen along south wall. House only 35 ft deep excluding garage.

Tracey likes the curved staircase, but she probably really wants one in the family room area (see kitchen photos)

WP Home. Concrete surrounds way to light in color relative to brick and roof line trim. Like the all brick look and the dark windows, but needs something (besides white concrete) to contrast
Q

We still like nice Denver Square exteriors if we can get what we want on the inside.
Q

WP home. Like the roof slope change near the edges. Hate the concrete above lower left window.

WP home. I like most of this house other than the brick arches to the right of the porch. Like the arched wood on the porch.
Q

I think this house is super cool. Tracey will probably hate it.
Q
Photo
WP home. Like the roof lines, the four window room upstairs, but do not like the stucco at all. Front door color seems too light relative to the very dark wood trim.
Q

WP home. Nice, but too much wood shingle.

Second view of the craftsman that we like. This is in the Wilmington, DE area.

Cool original style foursquare. don't like the roman columns.
