I like the use of pocket doors for the laundry. That way, when they are open there will still be a clean line along the wall, rather than doors sticking out. Also, it would be nice to have a space to fold either the top of the washer dryer or a counter as shown here.

For wine, we'd like some storage like the lower image here in either kitchen or dining room - triangles, which allow more storage in a given space, not individualized bottle spaces. Also we do NOT need any cooled wine storage - we pretty much only drink reds
