a very different idea for a kitchen rug -- needs to be practical, skidproof and easy to clean
pillows pop !!
vintage, eclectic, creative, innovative, charming, think outside the box, use what you love, use what you have, the more you do it, the better you'll get at it
a "dining room" created by a rug, a mirror, and a chandelier!--create "destinations" in my home, enjoyable areas for distinct uses but with flow and functionality that combines with beauty and harmony in the rest of the room
create beauty with found objects, repurposed items and clever arrangements which when grouped together make a statement, deceptively casual but talented design nonetheless
have seen a small alcove area with a sloped ceiling decorated similar to this with pages of the bible designed to create a prayer/bible study nook. Love the idea of pages with meaningful words on them and the tea colored and aged ones to give dimension and interest. Love it. Seems random and casual but yet speaks volumes and shows lots of creativity and style
home office-don't need much room to create a functional area, go upwards instead of outwards, this is good for small spaces, shabby chic, usable, sentimental pieces
cozy comfy reading corner with lots of books and a big fat marshmallow chair. The books provide the color.
beautiful shabby chic frames and black and whites--sigh, eclectically bootiful, swoon
gorgeous mirror--would definitely add glamour to a room
the power of 3 -- really makes an impact
retrieve my wicker? hmmm comfy cozy--vignette as destination place
ideas for shabby chic bookcase styling
hang up jewelry, use what you have, display pretty things: clothes, jewelry, shoes
combined living/dining room--sweet
the pink poodles make the whole room. whimsical. fun. eccentric. it works. they're quite regal actually. smile.
love the tiger. all cats are the same. big or small. if you have one you know what I mean. the colors are wow and really pop. and of course, "the cat" being the most important thing in the room, as cats usually are. smile.
my favorite colors in traditional furniture with a boho chic feel. genius.
wowee!! looks like it's outside with that wall of glass
may this be my prayer for 2013
love it. bellissimo. mwwaaah!
turqouise frig! totally delightful...stove too...a definite dream kitchen for me. the backsplash is very different and complements it all quite well. Glad there is still alot of white in here to offset and showcase the stove and frig. Really beautiful.
lime greens and turquoise. popping colors. great symmetry. Light, reflection, cohesiveness. feel good colors and design.
