wjoy Ok Becky, I almost didn't even look at this ideabook. Although I am an Auburn Graduate I would have NEVER considered anything orange and blue except at THE games. However, you managed to put together some beautiful photos with decor that looks fresh and livable. I especially like the orange/blue and white quilt. I want it!

gmsale I love orange and blues too and am considering them for some of our rooms right now. It is my favourite combination at present! With regards to the meditation room, the wall hanging and items are actually an altar to one of the Hindu gods, Ganesha or Gansappa, the Elephant God. If you have a Little India town in your area, some of the Indian grocery shops sell them. I have seen them, although not in the same colours mentioned here.

kimbersays Love this combo. I'm obsessed with orange right now and have been painting old tables to place around my house; our main color scheme is sea salt and taupe and the orange is really a great accent color.

mv2rn My newly refreshed master suite at the lakefront cottage had a primary color scheme of yellow, blue, and green in fairly pale shades. While we were painting, I was getting the feeling of a nursery instead of a the light, airy, beachy feel I was going for. The solution was pops of red-orange in pillows, picture frames, bed throw, towels and flowers.

yettydears Pale blue and bright orange is where its at for me. For the longest time I considered it simply a guilty pleasure thinking no one else on earth was as energetic and funky as I was. Well, you've proved me wrong and due to your orange and blue meditation space photo I've been simply inspired to repaint my living room a pale blue with pops of orange color with my meditation space in the corner! arlys baker We are having a cold winter in Australia, so in our beach house we have added some pumpkin orange colour to dark blue and white cushions. Loving it!
