2012 Southern Living Showcase Home
The 2012 Southern Living Showcase Home is our fourth Southern Living tour home. This tour home is basement plan featuring approximately 5,000 heated square feet and more than 1,200 square feet of outdoor living space.
The 4-bedroom home takes full advantage of the natural beauty and pastoral settings of the community, with a floor plan that offers seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living space. Special features include, a wine cellar with tasting room, in-home theater, indoor/outdoor entertainment area with seating, master suite with built-in coffee bar, a Sunday morning room, sleeping porch, and an ample outdoor living area with fireplace.
With an open floor plan, this home features a see through stone fireplace that connects the kitchen and breakfast area with a main level den. Signature ceiling treatments include a painted tongue-and-groove pine ceiling in the kitchen, a conical ceiling in the breakfast area.
