White kitchens offer a clean sort of professionalized aesthetic. Being the heart of the house, as Julia Child once mentioned, the room can get busy with traffic and food preparation. White offers a calming uniformity and classic touch. But white (the color, after all, of a blank canvas) can mean so many different things. Especially in a room with such high functionality.
