I'd like a pair of these built into a thick bedroom wall...I'd be happy with simplified stylization...but the antiqued mirrored silver finish is great...pale washed blue, verdigris, or "weathered" grey would be other possibilities.

This rich lapis blue armoire would be perfect for Lisa , since she prefers richer "jewel" tones. Change the wood trim and shelving paint to a crisper white to make the wall colors pop. The French blue on the bedroom wall is great. I, of course, want to change out the clothes...lots of natural fibers...linen, silks, cottons...in muted colors for something of a vintage look.

Here's another color option for Lisa's storage units. I confess I'm torn when it comes to wanting such color myself...but I think I'd be happier over the long haul with the serenity. I could be delighted seeing it in her space though!
