stacked washer and dryer at front of galley style room created from 1/3 of garage space. (both this room and spa/library conversion under AC.) Reasonably modest sink with overhead storage. Open storage towards back of this room. Simple/cement floor. Conversion requires replacing garage door with exterior wall. Laundry/storage room will have it's own separate exterior door at corner closest to entrance gate. The remaining portion of wall will have window. The spa/library portion will be two thirds of garage space, with existing door location. Spa area will be directly in front of this door, will contain the new/added window, will be enclosed with drywall from library/office portion at rear of garage. Library/office portion will have wood floor, a light fixture, and contain window at rear of garage (see guest cottage treatments section for floor and light selection). My husband wants skylights in these two rooms. I think it would be too hot and too expensive.
