Chartreuse, Sage, Plum and Violet Combine for Inspired Interiors
I see it at the farmers' market tucked in the center of a large blooming head of kale. It's at the garden center too, weaving amid trays of young succulents. Purple and green. In nature as well as in the home, it's a combination I always find my eyes drawn toward. Based on the tones used, it can sway all the way from calm and subtle to bold and fun. Danielle Wonderful ideabook Lily! Purple and green is definitely one of my fav colourschemes; I can imagine using it to create a dreamy, spa-like atmosphere but I also love some of the more dramatic and fun applications of this scheme. Thanks, very inspiring!

Molto Bene Studios the last picture in the ideabook is genius. And the landscaping picture. And the Rachel Reider photo was great too -- I have been waiting to see a practical example of using the color wheel! I have always loved purple and green, but like julie6806, want to put orange in there too.

Jan Yatsko Green and purple make my heart and soul sing! As an artist, I constantly find color combos in nature for my paintings. I have used this color combo in my home decorating and in my paintings for decades. I don't seem to tire of it!!!
