Bedroom Ideas
A calm, sophisticated and meticulously put-together bedroom: a perfect balance of cool and warm colours: the medium grey wall and neutral low headboard in rustic texture are in cool tones, but are warmed up by red bedside table and red patterns in bedding. The subdued headboard and wall come alive with added art in white, which gives the wall dimension. Lastly, the patterned bedding is what makes this composition pop, breaking up the solid colors on the wall, headboard and doors.
Sterling Industries Faux Shagreen Side Table, Gray with brass frame and hardware
BM Revere Pewter: light grey with warm undertones. Makes a room instantly classic.
Serene and cozy bedroom. Love the headboard (West Elm), the soft warm ivory wall paint (which looks great backdrop behind the dark grey headboard), and the warm wood bedside table (warm color compliments the cool grey and black color scheme, while the red shape adds interest). The art is hanging from an art rail.
Stately yet chic bedroom. The polished plaster wallpaper (Studio E, Fromental) is UNIQUE and cheaper than going through the arduous process of plastering and polishing the bedroom wall. Love the tan leather headboard which adds warms to the grey wallpaper. The ceiling pendants and the trunk bedside tables add industrialness to the place (which is coherent with the rest of the place).
LOVE the velvety dark gray headboard with gold frames!! It goes well with the black side tables with gold edges. The wallpaper continues with drama with black/white geometric patterns, but one can also keep the wall neutral for a more relaxed look.

Calming bedroom with soft pastel shades on the wall and headboard. Color combo: pastel + black side tables/lamps.
A calm bedroom with muted colors (dark blue curtains, light gray bedding, white bedside tables, etc.) and a pop of color in high gloss red! I think the dark blue + red combo work well!
Love this glamours console from Organic Modernism. Opposite of it is floor-to-ceiling storage in peacock blue, same colored curtains and rugs. Unexpected yet eye-popping and breezy color combo. The dark green table lamps echo the dark green color throughout the home.
Faux finisher on wall.
A combo of blues and greens plus gold accent. What caught my eyes: the wallpaper (Hicks Hexagon, Cole & Son), the headboard (bed: Room & Board), and the deep velvet blue pillows with gold trims.
Narrow bedroom solution: bed placement is important because it's the focal point. Having plenty of textures (an arrangement of smooth, rough, and shiny surfaces) create layers, warmth, sophistication, and takes your eyes away from how small the room is. LOVE the antique mirror in this room!
The sliding closet door is painted in chalkboard paint and hand drawn with wall paneling and molding details. Overall, the room is a warm, inviting place with classical detailing with a twist. Table lamp: Etsy Wallpaper: Andrew Martin
Masculine, high style bedroom. The library book wallpaper gave the bedroom the old-world vibe and inspired the room's rich warm color scheme, and created a striking backdrop for the queen bed with a tall tufted leather headboard. The walls are painted olive with sage trim. A striking hanging pendants is one of the more modern pieces that provides a twist to the overall old-world flavor. Pendant light fixture, bulbs: Inmod
Love the Moroccan pendant that casts interesting lights and shapes onto the ceiling!
Love the feel of this room: warm, cozy, luxurious. Thanks to a silk or silk-look viscose carpet, mute gray and warm wood.
Luxurious bedroom: love the dusky gray-pink color of the wallpaper. The pink sofa was updated using white piping to give it a slightly more contemporary edge.
Amazing Fornasetti wallpaper mural in "Nuvole" as an accent wall in the bedroom. The wood floor, headboard, bed frame, and desk bring warmth to offset the greyish mural. A sharp blue lounge chair adds spice to the room.
Smart, space saving solution by combining the mirror with jewelry storage.
If you ever need to partition a room without block the light - this is a good example to achieve a very calming and soft look: curtain tracks from the ceiling, soft white ripple drapes.
Idea: wallpaper the floor-to-ceiling closet in the bedroom, especially if the bedroom is otherwise simple in color and texture. (This storage space is in a bathroom and also includes washer and dryer.)
This is a guest bedroom with a sofa bed and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves: reading room every day and guest bedroom on special days. Color scheme: light floor with light sofa, balanced by dark bookshelves (high) and dark carpet (low).
How to add pops of color to a room. Here, white, gray, bright yellow.
Gray and white color schemes continue into the bedroom: white wall and white side table, and gray headboard and bed frame. Even the duvet cover is kept a simple white/gray color, but with chevron patterns to add texture to the room. How to warm up this color scheme to create an inviting bedroom space? A painting with colors!
How to warm up a white room: upholstered bed, furry rug, and the mango wood nightstand.
Curtain on one side of the wall. Consistent color theme.
Even if you’re keen to keep your neutral scheme feeling clean and serene, there’s no denying the mood-enhancing effect of a little color. This soothing sleep space is enlivened by bright raspberry pillows in the same floral print as the neutral wallpaper. The choice of floor-sweeping curtains in an elegant green also negates beige overload.
