bright white mission style cabinetry. appropriately placed lighting. drawers. ample but not overwhelming counterspace.
must have a mudroom/personal clutter space to keep it from taking over the house. Love this and the brick, too.
I like that having these when you walk into the mudroom encourages shoe removal and keeps the floors cleaner.
Like th built in nook with storage and disguise for ductwork.
lines on cabinets, amount of light, eating nook.
I like the way the pony wall divides the spaces and gives you a wall for your furniture without making things feel closed in.
love all the built ins. would like to integrate it into the sitting/ reading area in the master so it's a multifunctional space.
love it! This should be one of the walls in the master bedroom.

love the comfort of a slipper tub over the monstrous garden tub. Uses less water and fills deeper. Oh, and the charm can't be beat.

dark wood against the backsplash. love the brown with green glass, grey tones.
solid, durable, lasting. timeless lines. built in bookcases are a must.
window mouldings and actual sills. high baseboards without too high of walls.
would prefer his and hers closets lining the room without a separate room built to admire your stuff. Plus, the door design saves on wainscotting costs.

barn door in fabulous green glass allows the rest of the house to be closed off when entertaining and opening the kitchen/ porch area.
concrete floors. how do you dampen the noise?
storage to the ceiling. styling of doors. library ladder. each has their own space to use or abuse.
ooooh. love the floors, flat panel doors on the cabinets, pocket doors rule...in solid wood, of course.
Wood wainscotting, stone fireplace, large windows
soothing colors. love the clean lines. would prefer a little more craftsman style, but love the total package.
ceiling! the details are what make the room.
would love shelves with a door between the double sinks. definitely drawers on the bottom!
love the colors, the lines, everything!
love this! the colors and textures. the windows and sidelights keep it bright.
not with these materials, but I like this shower idea. The hard water residues in AZ kill the glass enclosures way too fast.
love the concrete floor and exposed brick
love the colors minus the prints on the chairs. brings me peace.

just cooler than room temp allows the butter and fruits a better temp. Keeps the bread from molding so soon.
