scrap granite idea
I like the idea of higher counter with granite running in opposite direction to utilize more of my leftover granite.
I like the glass inserts in the doors and the criss cross wine rack
Lower counter to eliminate a seam in the granite.
cabinetry on top of granite to potentially hide a seam in a peice of granite that is not deep enough in some areas. Would have to use other peices under cabinetry with seams hidden underneath for uniform height and support.
don't want a sink in mine, but a coffee station and shelf for microwave would be cool.
I don't want a wine fridge in mine, but a 2 giant deep drawers would be awesome below.
I could see this altered as well with the giant deep drawers below
I know everyone these days is putting their microwaves in the lower cabinetry to hide it, but Im not crazy about that idea. What about at the end of an upper cabinet unit, at eye level, but hidden on the side end cap and a fascade front of some sort so that its not seen. (In this picture, on the end like it is, but inserted in the upper cabinetry instead) I would really like to do that in my space!
I like the plate rack and wine rack
could copy this space with wine rack and book shelf and microwave if we cannot come up with anything to utilize the granite, but would ultimately like to have more counter space.
maybe a sidways bookshelf again to hide the seam, and start the new counterspace on the backside...????
I like the plate rack, glass doors, and again the idea of somhow hiding the microwave in the end cap and maybe making a shallow open cubby on the front side to hang coffee mugs above a coffee station
fridge space....cabinets shallow for spices. Microwave on end cap. Cabinet below with big drawers
