Upholstered Headboard Inspiration

Upholstered headboards can be both beautiful and practical, providing a comfortable place to lean while sitting up in bed, and as a design element for injecting pattern, color, or both. Conversely, a solid headboard against a patterned wall can serve as a place for the eye to rest. Interesting shapes, button tufting, and interesting trims are all ways to up the design ante of your upholstered headboard.
