Shelves not cubbies for shoes
Ok, cubbies for shoes but I like the bench and 'round the corner for jackets....hide the junk
Don't love layout, colors or design but what about a larger laundry/project/work space for Kristen where Andy can't see any junk! He does not want to see any disorder/stuff/junk when he enters the house-front or back. Men!
Caits wants a ballet bar for workouts in lower level
Too dark and small....wood would be noisy I think
Better barre idea
Hmmm....lofted work out area ?? nice kitchenette hiding stairs. Great light! OR Kristen's cave of laundry horrors to convert into guest suite for next owner.....
Are we in Blaine now? Yuck
Instead of Sport Court? Would need sound barrier to upstairs...hmmm
Similar stairs/rail at hangar please!
Like the 'open-but-not' feeling separating the workout and living areas
Kinda liking the up in the sky space....too much hanging from the ceiling however. My attention deficit would be in overdrive.
Like windows and roof over left side is interesting. Not probably good design, but could be nice way to avoid ice dams
Warmth of color, weight of millwork, dark floor, wide french doorways with window above. Double sided FP by dining....keeps space less isolated
Like layout - fridge & freezer are separated so they don't look so huge. Could easily incorporate 2nd sink and dishwasher by window. Walk through to pantry/prep area....perhaps to laundry?
Yes! Simple yet elegant, love the ceiling and square lights. Not a huge hood. Would want continuous island surface, not raised panel.
Nice space utilization
Much smaller version at hangar?
MY dream gym....love the parquet and barnwood...got to buy that lotto ticket today!!
Like windows adding light to space + climbing and B-ball. Warm colors instead of antiseptic gym feel.
Clean and crisp, yet warm with floor...good light
Great porch look...stone, wood too 'rustic' for Andy
I like how the stairs cascade at the bottom. Peaceful colors but I would be painting out that wood work in about a month. Too much texture
Pretty decent flow...not the right design, but something about the flow of the rooms grabs me. Feels too cold.
Kitchen, dining, sitting? Very, very open but could have some benefits. Like natural lighting to mid-sections. May feel too cold or exposed at night. No cozy space.
Andy likes porches
Wide entry, screen doors - yes, please!
Dutch door for laundry or Kristen's space. I need to be able to hear requests for butlering from Andy. Either a hearing aid or intercom may be the way to go!
Too many details but toned down, it could be good
Like porch above back patio entry...to master, most likely
Looks cozy, like patio and roof lines
Warm office for Andy. Darker stain perhaps?? A bit less wood?
Like wine storage with butler's pantry....oh, wait...I am the butler. I probably shouldn't be segregated from the public areas with storage and wine by myself!
Like stone...the house really rambles on if you look further.
This color combination + color of garage door reminds me of bad builder - not Architect - designed homes. I do not want one of these!!
Roofing material, caps on chimneys??
Driveway, looks like a cozy house
Like angles and arches of this house
My brother worked on this house. Great outside, VERY, very unique and custom (highly unsellable later) interior spaces.
Love the skylight in the shower!
Like having a 'deck' around tub. Shelving would be nice too. TV? Transition to shower is nice instead of abruptly attaching the two spaces
Nice way to get natural light by mirror. I really want decent lighting in the bathroom!
Hmmm? could be too quirky
I like the separation of sinks. We do want 'medicine cabinet' storage by each sink or behind mirror
Like the big soaking tub
Rain shower head + hand-held for Andy
