I adore this approachable well-appointed home.
The interior of this house begs to be lived in, and moments savored. From the exposed beams and brick, stone fire place, gorgeous light from the windows and doors. What's not to love?
Now :here: is a library worthy of the classics.
This Nashville home is built with courtyards, apparently, and here is where the pool is nestled between brick walkways that surround the home, stone paths, and pool house/cabana that complements the main residence.
Again, the natural elements come to the forefront. The hardwood of the porch, the wisdom of painting the tongue-in-groove ceiling to create lightness. This is a porch that begs for a cocktail or tall glass of lemonade.
The fieldstone masonry is beautiful.
The raised beds make gardening manageable bites of effort, and easier on the back.
I love this space; the warmth of the exposed beams, the mix of cabinetry, the use of light, the blend of styles that makes it crisp, modern and comfortable.
I love the reclaimed oak beams and the use of light in this space.
I love the craftsman style for Margi.
