Utility & Laundry Rooms
These sort of touch on my "corrals for craft supplies"-ideabook, too. I want to have a room that is functional, and beautiful, possibly combined with a mudroom, and with space for me to leave my sewing machine out 24/7, to make sitting down and fixing a seam easier.
Looks like cheap ikea shelving for storage. I like it.
I don't usually like coastal style, but this particular room actually seems functional, and pretty at the same time, with plenty of natural light.
A countertop with a big sink is really good, if it comes with a showerhead faucet. You can hose off garden produce or dirty boots in there, as well as do smaller batches of laundry in. I love the touch the small hook with the keys adds.
Fun backsplash for a bit of whimsy.
I'm not a big ironing maniac, but I do occasionally have to pull out the iron. This would work for the husband's shirts and straightening out the odd seam during my sewing projects.
A smaller laundry room.
Laundry chute from upstairs bathroom.
A typical example of a European style laundry, that doesn't appear to have a dryer.
